Kylie Minogue The star, whose new album Aphrodite is an international hit, added that she was more suited to being a 'messenger of love'.
The 42-year-old also said she wanted her sister Dannii to marry her English-born model boyfriend, Kris Smith.
Kylie told the mag: “I’m convinced there are a lot of couples who have got together while listening to my music. My songs are not exactly unsexy.
“Although when I put it like that, it sounds like my role is to provide an aphrodisiac.”
Talking about her two-year relationship with Spanish model Andres Velencoso, she added: “We understand each other really well.
“I think it is extremely important that the other person is there for you, that he looks after you, that he is considerate and loving.
“We are a totally normal couple like millions of others. Sometimes, we have deep conversations, sometimes we just talk rubbish.
“And Andres is a man who I really like sharing my life with.”
Asked about her sister Dannii marrying boyfriend Kris Smith, she added: “And so she should.
“At least she will be taking the pressure off me.”
She said she wasn’t planning to walk down the aisle just yet, adding: "No plans at the moment, either in terms of marriage or children.”
