David Hasselhoff talks about Comedy Central Roast
David Hasselhoff The 58 year old was the target of fun at the Comedy Central Roast of David Hasselhoff, which airs in the US on Sunday.
Former co-star Pamela Anderson and America's Got Talent co-hosts Sharon Osbourne and Piers Morgan lined up to take shots at their friend when the show was taped earlier this month.
Hasselhoff tells USA Today: "The next day I felt like I'd gone 11 rounds with Joe Frazier and Muhammad Ali."
Many of the jokes were based on the actor's well-publicised battle with alcohol.
In particular they made fun of the infamous home video of a drunk Hasselhoff struggling to eat a cheeseburger, which appeared on the internet in 2007.
The actor's daughter Taylor-Ann made the tape to show her dad later on in a bid to get him help.
"They went after alcohol, cheeseburgers and my singing in Germany," Hasselhoff says.
