Julia Roberts Does Not Have Varicose Veins
Julia Roberts The 42-year-old appeared on US TV programme The Late Show with David Letterman last night but she was not too happy with her introduction.
The actress said: "Can I just log a tiny complaint? I'm in the dressing room watching, and in the intro, 'And tonight - Julia Roberts!' And they show a clip of me coming in and then they say, 'A problem with varicose veins?' And it just felt a little bit..."
But David was quick to apologise and blamed the production team's jealously for the introduction.
Roberts added: "I have a couple of problems... but varicose veins isn't one of them."
Later on in the show Letterman asked the Hollywood star if she had put weight on when she ate a lot of pizza and pasta while filming her new movie in Italy.
To which he added: "Cause I know you have that problem with your veins!"
Julia's new film Eat Pray Love hits the big screen in the US on August 13.
