The 38-year-old revealed her tips for keeping an A-list body like hers.
The wife of hunk Ben Affleck told US TV show Extra: "I work out a lot with the trainer that I have had for ten years."
Jennifer added: "But I don't go too crazy and I always walk if I have the chance."
And Garner encourages people to head to the web to get involved with the same workouts she does by searching for her trainer Valerie Waters.
The actress is getting set to star in a remake of eighties classic Arthur with Russell Brand.
