Salma Hayek Salma Hayek says her secret to looking good is doing 'juice cleanses'.
The 43-year-old star has her own juice detox delivery system, Cooler Cleanse, which she set up with her professional juicer pal Eric Helms.
Hayek was asked how she always looks so good and she told UsMagazine.com: "I've been doing juice cleanses for 15 years."
She added: "If I've been indulging in rich foods, a cleanse is a wonderful way to hit the reset button."
Hayek worked with Helms as well as several New York-based nutritionists on the range of juices, which customers can have as either a three or five-day juice programme.
