Mel Gibson ‘Makes Custody Threat’
Mel Gibson The Hollywood actor has eight-month-old daughter Lucia with Russian singer Oksana Grigorieva, who he split from in April. Their relationship has become increasingly acrimonious in recent weeks, with Oksana filing a restraining order against him, claiming he was violent. In turn, he has filed for custody of Lucia.
Oksana alleges Mel punched her in the mouth, breaking two of her teeth, during an argument in Malibu on January 6. Her allegations have led to Los Angeles police investigating Mel for possible domestic violence. The Department of Children and Family Services is also investigating the actor.
Over the last few weeks, website RadarOnline has released a number of recordings they claims are of Mel and Oksana. In them, the man unleashes a tirade of racist and other offensive language, and admits to hitting the woman.
The latest recording to hit the website allegedly sees Mel and Oksana arguing about the night her teeth were reportedly broken.
“You cannot raise the child with these symptoms,” the woman said to be Oksana says. “You’re acting as a crazy man right now and you have been for many, many months. And you hit me, and you hit her (Lucia) while she was in my hands! Mel, you’re losing your mind. You need medication.”
The man alleged to be Mel replies: “You need a f**king kick up the a*s for being a b***h, ****, gold digging w***e! With a pi*sy son! And I want my child, and no one will believe you! So f**k you!
“You have my child and she doesn’t need a gold digging, f**king Russian ****, w***e for a mother! We all know what you are! I will have that child, easily. They won’t let you keep her because they’ll know what you are!”
Oksana’s legal team are reportedly using the recording as evidence Mel admits to hitting her while she was holding Lucia. It is claimed she has a picture of Lucia with a bruise on her face.
The man purported to be Mel rants throughout the rest of the recording, becoming more and more agitated as it goes on.
“I’m not giving you my house and you can rot unless you crawl back, suck my c**k and say you’re sorry, in that order! Do you understand me? You f**king offend my f**king maleness, my masculinity, my being, my soul!” he screams.
He later states: “If you get raped it’s your fault, for starters. Showing off your fake t*ts! Like they’re some special deal? How much did they cost, those fakers?”
Mel’s lawyers have not commented on the tapes.
