Simon Cowell: 'Cheryl Cole Is On The Mend'

Simon Cowell Music boss Simon Cowell has admitted his X-Factor co-star Cheryl Cole is 'on the mend' after her malaria battle.
The 50-year-old mogul was speaking at the launch of a new charity to help burns victims and said she is getting better after being taken ill with malaria.
According to the BBC, he said: "I had a text from her yesterday. She is on the mend and looking forward to coming back to work."
It is thought she picked up the disease when she visited Tanzania with her dancer pal Derek Hough.
