Not Myself Tonight singer Christina Aguilera has said diet is 'not a word in her vocabulary'.

The 29-year-old beauty, who recently released her new album Bionic, said she is not one for dieting and working out but likes to stay healthy.

She said to Britain's Cosmopolitan magazine: "Diet is not a word in my vocabulary - I don't like depriving myself of things.

"I make healthy choices when I can as it's important for me to have moments where I can let go, have a great dinner and not care about the carbs. I work out five days a week - and I hate working out.

"But the aftermath is so great, and it helps you feel good - not only physically, but mentally."
