Simon Cowell Sends Paula Abdul A Walking Stick

Simon Cowell Simon Cowell poked fun at former colleague Paula Abdul on her birthday – by sending her a walking stick and denture cream.
The X Factor star – who regularly clashed with Abdul when they appeared as judges on American Idol – couldn’t make the singer’s bash as she turned 48.
So he sent the joke gift instead.
A source said: “He made sure that she opened it in front of her friends.
“He likes to goof on Paula, but he’s also a friend who loves to make her laugh.”
Opposites Attract singer Abdul celebrated her special day at Beso restaurant in Hollywood on June 17.
She appeared on American Idol between 2002 and 2009.
Cowell quit the hit show earlier this year to launch The X Factor in the States.
