Larry King Wants Ryan Seacrest As Replacement

Ryan Seacrest Veteran newsman Larry King has a favourite to replace him – American Idol's Ryan Seacrest.
The CNN host, who announced on Tuesday that he is stepping down after 25 years on his show, said the showbusiness host would be his top choice.
"I can't be objective, but Ryan Seacrest," he said when asked by comedian Bill Maher who he would like to see take his seat.
"He's serious, he's interesting and he's likable.
"I don't know if he is interested in politics – but if he is I'd recommend him."
So far news insiders have said both Piers Morgan and Katie Couric have been approached as possible replacements.
