Mark Ronson Hopes For New Amy Winehouse Album

Mark Ronson thinks Amy Winehouse should be able to release a new album before the end of the year.

New York producer Mark was behind Amy's last album Back To Black and is responsible for its trademark Phil Spector-influenced Wall Of Sound production.

Asked by thelondonpaper if he thought the new album could be released in 2008, Mark said: "Yep. I think so. We have been talking about it for the past few weeks and I know she really wants to start recording."

Ronson remains tentative about whether or not the success of Amy's last LP can be captured again.

He said: "I won't know anything about it until Amy and I go back into the studio and Amy plays me new songs."
