Madonna Talks New Album

Madonna has revealed she never intends to make albums.

"I say I'm not going to make another after every record. And then I do another one," she admits in the April issue of Interview.

The Queen of Pop, who was inducted into the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame earlier this month, releases her 11th studio album Hard Candy on April 28, featuring collaborations with Kanye West (Beat Goes On) and Justin Timberlake and Timbaland (Four Minutes).

"It's like a march. It's a movement and we want to take everybody with us," she said of Four Minutes.

As for the other songs, she admits they could be autobiographical.

"Probably in many respects, most of the songs are. But in more of an unconscious way," Madonna explains.

"I don't really think about telling personal stories when I'm writing music. It just comes.

"And then a lot of times, six or eight months later, I go, 'Oh, that's what I wrote that song about'.

"But that's when I play the song for lots of people and they all go, 'Oh, I can totally relate to that'."
