Fans of The Darkness have finally been given the news they were waiting for – the band will be playing a series of sixteen dates in the UK and Ireland through November.

The reformed rockers announced a few month ago that they were back together and were playing the Download festival this summer, which as their comeback gig has left them “terrified”.

Now they have revealed the list of tour dates that will give their fans their first glimpse of the new material the band have been working on for their forthcoming third album which is expected early next year.

The tour will kick off in Liverpool on the 8th November and take in, among others, dates in Glasgow, Newcastle, Bristol, Cambridge and Nottingham before ending in Belfast on the 5th December.
