Pop supremo Justin Bieber proved once again that he is the pop star with a little goodie two shoes heart as he flew a sick fan and their family out to New York to meet him.

The superstar discovered Avalanna Routh via a Facebook campaign and learned of her batter with a rare form of brain cancer than is terminal. In a stunning act of caring, Bieber immediately made arrangements for the six year old to fly out with her family to meet him.

The child spent over two hours with the star in his hotel room in the city, chatting and playing games.

Posting on his Twitter account, Bieby-boy wrote, "Hangin out with a special little girl. MrsBieber... That was one of the best things i have ever done. she was AWESOME! Feeling really inspired now! Got some really great ideas from today. ways to giveback -MrsBieber really inspired me. really."
