Amelia Lily and Kelly Rowland to release a duet
Amelia Lily While there is doubt over whether Kelly Rowland will be returning for another year on the X Factor, it seems that she will be appearing with her comeback girl from the last series, Amelia Lily, on a new song.
Amelia came third in the contest, after being booted out I the first week by Kelly and making a dramatic comeback after the departure of Frankie Cocozza, and it was rumoured the pair had hit the studio together to record a duet.
Talking on This Morning, the Middlesbrough singer confirmed that the duet will be released and she does still speak to Kelly. Well it’s one step up from what Cheryl Cole managed with her acts.
Amelia revealed, “Me and Kelly actually recorded in the studio not so long ago" before adding: "I've got a lovely voicemail off Kelly which she left me just before Christmas. She said, 'Hello my little Lily'."
The pair performed River Deep, Mountain High together on the final of the X Factor, but it is unknown which song they recorded together.
