Take That’s reunion with Robbie Williams has been postponed.

The ‘Greatest Day’ hitmakers and the ‘Angels’ singer – who quit the group in 1995 – had booked a recording studio to lay down some new tracks but had to cancel after Mark Owen entered rehab for alcohol problems.

A source said: “They were all heading down there, Robbie included, but the plan has been scrapped for now. All they care about is Mark at the moment and it wouldn’t feel the same all of them practising for their comeback without him.”

Mark’s personal life is currently in turmoil after he confessed to cheating on his wife Emma Ferguson – mother of their two children, Elwood, three, and 14-month-old Willow – with at least 10 other women.

The rest of Take That – Gary Barlow, Jason Orange and Howard Donald – and Robbie are keen to show their support for Mark during this difficult time.

The source added to the Daily Mirror newspaper: “All the excitement about the future is very much on hold because Mark’s got to get better first.”

Fans have been eagerly waiting for Take That’s reunion with Robbie, which has been rumoured for years, since the band reunited in 2005.
