The American singer, who arrived at the ceremony in a three-tiered white dress and a tall, white wig, took the awards for Best International Album ('The Fame'), International Female Solo Artist and International Breakthrough Act.
The 23-year-old was in tears after winning her awards and dedicated the night to fashion designer Alexander McQueen who died last week.
