Marina and the Diamonds disses Britney
Marina and the Diamonds Marina and the Diamonds has been making a bit of a name for herself recently as something of a moaner and stirrer.
Today she decided it was time to have a pop at Britney Spears via that old favourite, Twitter.
“I felt so annoyed when Britney shaved her head. I have planned to do it and make people gossip about my fragility and feel sad for my depression and she just stole my thunder.”
She followed this up with, “I’m not drunk. I have just been absolutely amazing at hiding crazy for 1 long arse year. I need people to buy my records without wincing, you know? Play it safe, don’t be crazy, tesco won’t stop you, don’t put a dick on the album cover etc”
Yes, doesn’t sound crazy at all really. Blabbering about an incident that happened years ago, talking about “hiding the crazy”. Hmm, could have fooled us.
She did do a little bit of a back track soon after though, making one further post.
“Re Britney fans. It wasn’t a diss. It was real. I’ve been thinking for 5 minutes & have decided, yes, I will take a bullet for her.”
All a little odd really. But, hey-ho. That’s the way the Twitter post goes.
