Britney Spears blasts sexual harassment claims
Britney Spears Ex-policeman Fernando Flores alleges in a lawsuit that the star caused him "shock, horror and disgust" after she bent over in front of him and exposed herself.
The 29-year-old minder, who is claiming £10 million GBP pounds in damages, launched his suit in Los Angeles on Wednesday.
Flores alleged in legal documents: "She dropped her cigarette lighter on the floor, bent over to retrieve it and thereby exposed herself."
Now the Toxic star has hit back - as she accused Flores of trying to profit from her family.
A statement posted on her website today reads: "This lawsuit is another unfortunate situation where someone is trying to take advantage of the Spears family and make a name for himself.
"The Department of Children and Family Services conducted a proper investigation surrounding Mr. Flores' accusations and have closed the case without any further action.
"Ms. Spears and her attorneys have every expectation that this matter will be dismissed by the courts."
Flores' original allegations sparked an abuse investigation by Los Angeles Family Services Department. Britney denied the claims and the probe was later dropped.
