Amy Winehouse Music legend Quincy Jones has revealed that Amy Winehouse has recorded a track for his upcoming album Q: Soul Bossa Nostra a collection compiled to celebrate some of his past successes.
In the limelight more recently for her antics outside of the recording studio, nothing has been forthcoming from the North London singer since 2006 when she had huge success with her Back To Black album.
Since then the 26 year old has faced a host of personal difficulties but happily she’s back to doing what she does best and joins a wealth of other stars that include Usher, Akon and Jennifer Hudson to name but a few on 77 year old Quincy’s latest project.
Amy and producer Mark Ronson found themselves together again to record the 1963 classic It’s My Party which was originally performed by Lesley Gore.
it’s expected we can have the listening pleasure sometime in November.
