Justin Bieber to perform at MTV Video Music Awards

Justin Bieber Justin Bieber is set to perform at the MTV Video Music Awards.
It has been announced today that the 16-year-old singer will hit the stage at this year's MTV Video Music Awards (VMA) in California.
Presenters on the night include pop star Ke$ha, 23, and Twilight actress Ashley Greene.
Kanye West, indie favourites Florence And The Machine and B.o.B are also billed to perform at the awards ceremony.
The VMA will be broadcast live on MTV on 12 September.
