Justin Timberlake to organise charity show
Justin Timberlake The singers, both aged 29, have been friends for many years after working together on the American variety television show Mickey Mouse Club as children alongside Justin’s ex-girlfriend Britney Spears.
Pop hunk Justin has invited Christina to perform at the special Las Vegas concert he will be hosting in aid of sick children, dubbed Justin Timberlake and Friends.
Justin has called upon a host of other big names from the music industry to perform on the night, which will take place in October.
P. Diddy and his group Diddy-Dirty Money, R&B band Salt-N-Pepa, and pop rock group Selena Gomez & The Scene, are just some of the top acts who will be taking to the stage.
Tickets for the must-see event will be on sale this Saturday and organisers expect fans to be scrambling for the chance to see Justin back on stage with his old colleague Christina.
The former Mouseketeers have gone on to have hugely successful careers in pop since leaving the Mickey Mouse Club, with both stars also making a transition into cinema. Justin is the star of new movie The Social Network, about the launch of the website Facebook, and Christina appears in upcoming musical Burlesque.
