Kylie Minogue is planning a charity concert to celebrate beating breast cancer.

The Australian singer wants to hold a star-studded gig to raise cash for breast cancer charities to mark five years since she was given the all-clear from the life-threatening disease.

The event has been provisionally scheduled for February, with celebrity pals such as Elton John, Robbie Williams and The Scissor Sisters expected to sign up.
Kylie, 42, even wants to involve the doctor who helped her battle the illness.

The singer told the paper: “Early next year it will be my five years all clear and I would like to do something to mark that – something like a benefit concert.

We are going to try and arrange something with my professor in Paris.”

Kylie’s shock diagnosis in May 2004 saw cancer screenings jump by a third in the UK alone.
