Rhye – The Fall Video

Rhye announced their new single, the intimate and enlightening ‘The Fall‘, released on November 12th with a debut album scheduled for 2013.

Rhye fortuitously came together in late 2010 with the intention of collaborating on a remix but the obvious chemistry and mutual respect between artists metamorphosed into a completely new project.  Recorded in Copenhagen and Los Angeles, their sound brings together elements of their modern cultural aesthetics mixed with an homage to classic sensibilities; lush strings and melodies intertwined with simple electronic production and soft and sultry vocals – a marriage between refined decadence and modern elegance.

‘The Fall’, aptly timed for release this autumn, longingly aches for one more moment together with a lover, asking “My love, make love to me one more time before you go away”, capturing the essence of those last few moments of summer as the sun fades out.

The Fall EP is available via download and special edition 12” and features the original track, a stunning live version and the instrumental.
