Rapper Lil Wayne is being sued by a fan who claims a member of Wheezy’s crew hit him over the head with a skateboard.

TMZ report that, Alfredo Marino, was hit over the head with a skateboard after arguing with the rapper in May last year.

In the lawsuit, Alfredo claims he suffered a “severe injury” to his head and is holding Lil Wayne and his record label responsible for “enabling the attacker”.

No official statement has been released from the Lil Wayne camp.
