The One Direction star has exchanged his East End flat for a house in North London.
Harry Styles has been splashing out on a new £3 million pad in North London.
The One Direction star has made a move from his East End flat to a massive mansion in the north of the city. With the group worth a reported £100 million after just one year in the business, Styles apparently thought that £3 million of his share was just a luxury he couldn’t resist.
The four bedroomed house has the usual spacious lounge and extravagant kitchen and bathrooms, but in addition it also has a swimming pool and space for four cars complete with double car lift. Swanky indeed for someone so you. Just where did the rest of us go wrong?
A source close to the mother-chaser said, “A lot of Harry’s friends live in Primrose Hill and Belsize Park, so he wanted to move closer to them…The new house is enormous compared to his old flat…It has four bedrooms and as many bathrooms, as well as a few huge, open-plan living areas. It’s the perfect party pad.”
The purchase is reportedly down to Styles wanting to move closer to his buddy Nick Grimshaw, who owns a property nearby.
