Man of Steel full trailer released

Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No, it’s the first full length trailer for Zack Snyder’s Man of Steel!

Easily one of the most anticipated movies of next year this new take on Superman has taken its time to get to the big screen. The first teaser was released earlier this year but gave very little away, there’s still no clear indications of the plot in this new trailer but we are shown glimpses of the key characters and some stunning visuals.

Michael Shannon’s General Zod briefly features as does Russell Crowe as Superman’s biological father Jor-El, narration is provided by Kevin Costner who plays Jonathan Kent the man who instills Clark with the strong moral fibre he needs to become a hero.

Starring Henry Cavill as Superman/Clark Kent, Amy Adams (Lois Lane), Laurence Fishburne (Perry White) and produced by Christopher Nolan who also worked on the story with Batman collaborator David S Goyer.

The Man of Steel is released in cinemas June 14 2013.
