Death on the set of Johnny Depp’s Lone Ranger movie
A crew member drowned during a scene on the new film.
It seems that although the financial worries surrounding Johnny Depp’s The Lone Ranger are over, the troubled production has had yet another bit of bad luck with the death of a crew member.
The deceased was a diver on the set and taking part in an underwater scene when something went wrong and he drowned and suffered a cardiac arrest.
Medics were called to the set by crew who dialled 911 when the incident occurred, and by the time they arrived the man was in full cardiac arrest.
The crew member was taken to hospital via helicopter but was pronounced dead on arrival.
The studio have yet to make a comment on the tragedy. This is the latest in a long line of setbacks for the movie.
