Twilight Saga could continue beyond Breaking Dawn finale

The boss of Lionsgate films has suggested despite the series coming to an end, it might not be the last we see of the franchise.

Despite the vampire series coming to an end, Lionsgate film bosses have hinted that the Twilight Saga could continue after Breaking Dawn Part 2.

Stephenie Mayer’s  books may have ended, but Lionsgate boss Jon Feitheimer has said that more sequels could be on the way in the future.

Lionsgate bought out Summitt Pictures who have distributed the Twilight films, and as the films have grossed so much money, with the finale expected to bring in around $700 million, it was only a matter of time before someone suggested a continuation of the series.

Talking in the LA Times, Feitheimer said, "It's an amazing franchise that they have done a great job of maintaining with absolutely no deterioration. So the simple answer is, 'Boy I hope so'."

He added that a possible move to TV could also be on the cards in the future. Well of course it will be.
