Die Hard 5 coming in 2013 with a couple of other sequels

The action film series will continue in what is fast becoming a year of sequels.

It seems that 2013 is about to become year of the sequels with a number of high profile movie follow-ups on the cards.

Biggest of the lot is the fifth instalment of the Die Hard franchise, recently green lit by 20th Century Fox and once again staring Bruce Willis as the ever put upon John McLean. The film will be called A Good Day To Die Hard and is set to record for a February 14th 2013 release.

Other upcoming sequels that may or may not be really necessary include Liam Neeson in Taken 2 towards the end of 2012 and Percy Jackson follow up Sea of Monsters out in March 2013.

And considering it is only October 2011 there’s still plenty scope for those money wranglers to shove a few more sequels in the over to be ready before 2013. Whoever said there just isn’t any originality in movies these days…are right.
