Honestly speaking, I've never really been a huge fan of dance DJ's!

However, after the wonder that was “Love Don't Let Me Go (Walking Away)” last year, I've been hooked on this guy!

David Guetta's third album “Pop Life” follows on from where “Guetta Blaster” left off; a mixture of poppy dance and funky house numbers.

The French-born DJ's lead single from the album “Love Is Gone”, is already a smash hit and a UK top 10 single. It pretty much sums up the tone of the album and makes a double appearance, with album mix and Fred Rister & Joachim Garraud Mix.

Other highlights include “Everytime We Touch”, next single “Baby When The Light” and “You're Not Alone”.

Although dance music isn't perhaps the most original of genres nowadays, this album should see Guetta finding the reception he deserves from the UK audience; his dance beats and vocals are exciting and fresh.

All in all, it’s a winner. For funky house, there's not many better than David Guetta.
