Reese Witherspoon selling Ojai home
Reese Witherspoon is selling her Ojai home for $10 million.
The actress tied the knot with her second husband Jim Toth at the California ranch and recently allowed her ‘Water For Elephants’ co-star Robert Pattinson to hide out there following his split with Kristen Stewart but has now decided to put it on the market.
Speaking about the nine-bedroom, seven-bathroom house, her realtor Billy Rose told E! News: “It is unbelievably magical.
“It just teleports you to another time and another era. It’s got this grand but elegant presence.
“It does feel like you are at a five-star boutique resort. They have given tremendous amount of thought to its presentation and landscaping.
The seven-acre estate also boasts a number of amenities including a swimming pool, three guest cottages, horse stables, an organic garden and a mini-petting zoo.
Reese is currently pregnant with her third child, her first with Jim, and sources have recently revealed they are expecting a boy.
A source said: “They’re both really happy to be having a son, but especially Jim as it’s his first. He’s over the moon about it.”
Reese was rushed to hospital with pregnancy complications in August but it was just a scare and mother and baby are doing fine, although Jim is still nervous.
The source added: “Jim’s still nervous after Reese’s scare and hospital stay. But he just can’t wait to hold his son in his arms.”
