‘Really sweaty’ post birth mummy pics prompt Imogen Thomas to go for blow dry
Imogen Thomas has revealed in her Star mag column that pictures of new mums looking ‘really sweaty’ and with ‘no bra on’, prompted her to nip out for a blow dry shortly before her daughter’s birth, so she’d look good in the post birth photographs.
The thirty year old Welsh born glamour girl underwent a planned Caesarean section yesterday due to her daughter’s breech presentation.
Ariana Siena Horsley is Imogen’s first child and weighed in at 6lb 2oz.
Imogen felt well enough to tweet following the birth: ‘Ariana is beautiful & perfect. Thanku 2 every1 for all ur well wishes & support’.
One thing Imogen, we don’t reckon that blow dry would’ve held out too well after a 48 hour labour and natural birth, which likely accounts for the pics you refer to!
However, we’re sure you looked fab for those all-important photos.
Ariana’s father is Adam Horsley, a city trader.
