Pink’s mother shocked by her new video
Pink’s mother was left “speechless” by her new video.
The pop star showed her mum Judith the promo for upcoming single ‘Try’ – the second track released from her album ‘The Truth About Love’ – to get her reaction and it seems her parent was shcoked by the content.
Pink wrote on her twitter page: “My mom, after seeing the new video … “Wow, honey. I’m speechless. And uncomfortable. No one can ever say you play it safe.” Thanks, mama:)”
The apparently shocking video was directed by Floria Sigismondi and choreographed by The Golden Boyz and Pink’s trapeze partner Sebastien Stella.
The video stars Pink and Colt Prattes depicting an intense love story inspired by the Apache Dance.
The 33-year-old singer – who has a 16-month-old daughter Willow with her husband Carey Hart – has previously stated she thinks the video for ‘Try’ is her best ever.
She said: “Making this video was the most fun I’ve ever had in my entire career. I never wanted it to end. It’s my favourite video ever.”
