Heidi Klum wants to sue for topless snaps like Kate MIddleton
The model is considering legal action for topless shots of her being publishes and it comparing her case to that of the Duchess of Cambridge.
It seems that the lawsuit raised by Prince William and Duchess Catherine has started a celebrity trend of others considering to sue over naked pictures that have been published in newspapers and magazines without the consent of those involved.
Step forward Heidi Klum who is the first to consider taking legal action for topless photographs taken while she was on holiday in France, something she has allegedly compared directly with the Royal fracas.
While the images of Klum have, like those of Kate, have gone across the web, she is hoping to sue the original publisher of the snaps for the embarrassment it has caused. It’s only a few topless pictures…similar to those that have appeared of her on the catwalk over the years in barely their fashion garments.
A source revealed to TMZ, “The supermodel’s camp is on the hunt for the source publication… claiming her right to privacy was violated because she was on a private and secluded beach at the time the pics were taken,”
“Heidi is comparing her situation to that of Kate Middleton.”
As if she won’t be spending enough time in court with her ongoing divorce from Seal.
