Claire Danes excited for first baby
The actress has said she doesn’t know how it is going to affect her life but she cannot wait to be a mother.
Clare Danes has revealed that she is excited about giving birth to her first child but also doesn’t know what it will mean to her life to have a child.
The actress is expecting with husband Hugh Dancy, and told Anderson Cooper on his Thursday night talk show that she cannot wait even though she knows it will be a big change to her life and work.
[It's a] profound change,” she said. “There’s no way of anticipating what that’s going to mean for [Hugh and me] but we are very excited. We are going to love this person, I know that.”
“My mom ran a toddler school in our loft; I grew up in the city,” she explained.
“So I grew up with one-and two-year-olds all throughout my childhood, and I know about early childhood development – that particular window I am pretty educated on. Anything before and after I might have some trouble.”
