R&B star Chris Brown was so paranoid about keeping his attendance at Rihanna's birthday party under wraps that he forced partygoers to sign confidentiality agreements.

TMZ report the ‘With You’ singer refused to enter the private party on Monday night, (13.02.12) at the Hearst Mansion in Beverly Hills until everyone signed an NDA - sending his bodyguards in beforehand to gather every partygoer's signature.

But it looks like everyone did not sign the agreement and when Chris eventually entered he spent most of his time with the host, Rihanna.

Source have revealed the pair got really cosy - sitting next to each other, talking, and holding hands - which is fine in the eyes of the law as Chris' restraining order was lifted.

The ‘You Da One’ singer’s birthday bash was a star-studded event with the likes of Katy Perry, Bruno Mars, and Chris Martin in attendance.
