Whitney Houston's 'secret son' tweets about his loss
Whitney Houston Singer Whitney Houston’s secret son has spoken out over the death of the woman who gave him her love and attention.
Radar Online reports the news of the singer’s death broke on Saturday, (11.02.12) and tributes flooded in for her daughter Bobbi Kristina, however, those who knew Whitney well said they were thinking of Whitney’s children.
Only those close to the singer knew of the existence of Whitney’s ‘secret son’ Nicholas Gordon.
The 22-year-old - who people know as Nick - was taken in by the late singer when he was young and she treated him as her own.
Bobbi even calls Nick her brother but no one is clear of whether the singer ever officially adopted him.
Nick - who lives in Georgia - took to twitter to express his sadness as Whitney was like a mother to him.
Tweeting the simple words “Rest in peace” on the night of Whitney’s death Nick also took the time to thank those who supported him and his family.
On Sunday he wrote: “She has always had the most loyal fans and will continue to. Thank you.
“The Legend will always and forever live on.”
