E.R. star Parminder Nagra files for divorce
Parminder Nagra TMZ report that the 37-year-old beauty - who currently stars on the FOX series Alcatraz - filed papers in Los Angeles Super Court on February 1, citing ‘irreconcilable differences’ for the split.
The ‘Bend it Like Beckham’ star began dating her husband back in 2002 and married seven years later in two ceremonies: one civil and one traditional Sikh ceremony, administered by her ER costar Maura Tierney.

Parminder has requested for primary physical custody of their 2-year-old son, Kai David Singh, and that James be granted visitation rights.
The star - who took time out from acting in 2009 to concentrate on being a mother bringing up her son - does not seem to have parted on amicable terms with her soon-to-be ex-husband, asking the court to deny James any spousal support.
