Sharon Osbourne sued for pulling out of jewellery deal

This time it falls on Sharon Osbourne who is being sued for a breach of contract by the bosses of a design company who were meant to be making a range of jewellery with the star’s name attached.
Osbourne was said to have pulled out of the deal at the last minute, and Lucas Design International are now seeking damages after she allegedly “backed out of the oral agreement” with them, although a rep for the TV star has said that the claims are “without merit”.
Talking to TMZ they said, "Sharon Osbourne did not breach any oral contract with Lucas Design because no agreement existed.
"Sharon is looking to create her own jewellery line and did have discussions with Lucas Design. Unfortunately the designs and pieces submitted were not the quality that was represented or hoped for. Sharon has moved on."
