US Weekly report the ‘Skater Boy’ hitmaker and Kim Kardashian’s half brother were spotted hitting the town together in West Hollywood on Monday night, (30.01.12).
A source close to the singer and former Hills star revealed: "They are not back together."
Adding: “The couple are still spending time together and "trying to figure out how to separate.
The couple - who were together for two years - broke up amicably in early January as they found it difficult to be in a relationship when their careers were taking them to different places.
A source claims: "It was mutual, but Brody really broke up with her.
"He told her he was tired of always being her plus-one, and always going on tour with her.
"They still love each other and could get back together, but for now, he needed a break."
