Disney star, Demi Lovato has put an end to rumours that she is back in a rehab centre - after reports emerged that she was dealing with substance abuse issues.

Gossip Cop report taking to her twitter page last night, (30.01.12) she wrote: “Don’t believe the hype… All is well!”

Adding: “SO stoked to head to Chile in a few days!!! Love all my Lovatics… MUAH! xo.”

Though she announced she was taking a twitter break earlier this month, Demi had to respond to rumours - after bloggers like Perez Hilton speculated that she was back in rehab.

Before yesterday’s tweet, the 19-year-old star had a quick interview on twitter with Seventeen magazine.

Demi took the chance to send a message to her on-and-off boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama.

She wrote: “To the one and only @WillyVille – I only hope the world can see what an incredible man you are.

“Happy Birthday Wilmer, you deserve it.”
