Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry’s daughter to undergo counselling
Halle Berry Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry's custody battle has led to the intervention of Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services who are recommending their 3-year-old daughter Nahla go into counselling.
TMZ report though there have been no allegations of the Oscar-winning actress mistreating Nahla, their nanny claims Gabriel screams at the child and has even violently taken Nahla from her arms while she was carrying her.
The former couple are scheduled to appear in court today and sources reveal Halle wants the judge to prevent Gabriel from having any contact with Nahla until a criminal child endangerment investigation surrounding him is resolved.
The French-Canadian model has been accused of pushing their nanny while she was holding Nahla which is what began the investigation.
Gabriel is also asking for a restraining order to be placed against the nanny because the 36-year-old believes she is making up stories to get Halle’s approval.
