Lindsay Lohan nearly violates probation order
Lindsay Lohan Actress, Lindsay Lohan will be present before judge, Stephanie Sautner tomorrow, (17.01.12) for her second probation progress report and now that she has completed her morgue visits and psychotherapy sessions the star knows she will avoid jail.
Back in November, Lindsay was required to complete 12 morgue visits and 4 psychotherapy sessions by Tuesday's court hearing and she has done just that.
Sources close to the ‘Mean Girls’ star told TMZ she has stuck to the probation order - but she was cutting it fine - after completing the last two morgue visits on Friday and Saturday.
TMZ report the actress has been a model morgue employee by getting the work done with no fuss and that she was friendly with the staff that worked there.
Lindsay awaits tomorrow’s hearing when she will be at the halfway mark of her probation.
But if the troubled starlet violates the terms the judge set out for her at any point she gets 270 days behind bars.
