Khloe Kardashian raises funds to rescue endangered tigers
Khloe Kardashian Reality star, Khloe Kardashian helped raise thousands of dollars to save endangered tigers in the wild - just by taking to her twitter page.
TMZ report the 27-year-old posted a tweet on New Year's Day, asking her 5.6 million followers to text "Tigers" to 20222 - and by doing so they will be donating $10 directly to the World Wildlife Fund to help save wild tigers around the world.
A representative for the World Wildlife Fund told TMZ, the tweet got a staggering response - with over 600 people texting "Tigers" in the last two days - raising over $6,000 for tiger conservation.
Adding that the increase in the number of donations was a "huge jump" above the norm - due to the fact Khloe like the rest of her sisters has a huge fan base.
But Khloe’s good deed did not just stop there - having adopted a tiger online and even got family matriarch, Kris Jenner to do the same.
The money raised by Khloe's tweet will go to science and research in areas of the world where tigers are found - in order to find the best ways to protect them.
