Teen star, Justin Bieber and actress, Selena Gomez managed to get some time together and welcome 2012 in together - despite Justin appearing on Dick Clark’s Rockin’ New Year’s Eve with Ryan Seacrest, while Selena was on MTV.

E! Online report that the Disney star was by the ‘Baby’ hitmaker’s side at his private party at the at a New York establishment called The Glass House - after his performance on ‘Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve.’

The website reports: "He...danced with Selena, showing off, picking her up and swinging her around like it was Dancing With the Stars."

The pop star also took over the deejay booth at one point to play ‘Happy New Year’ his new song with Jaden Smith.

The party was organised by Activision and Justin and his guests - who partied the night away - also played Skylanders Spyro's Adventure.
