Homeless man finds 7,000 Euros and hands it back

A homeless Austrian man has handed back 7,000 Euros after finding the amount on the street.
Hermann Schleichert - who is living in a homeless shelter in Vienna - made the discovery last month when he picked up a stray envelope on the road and immediately handed it in to the police.
He told Kurier Daily: "I picked up the envelope and saw there was a bundle of cash inside. All 500-Euro notes.
"Not even for a second did I think about keeping the money. That would have been theft."
The owner of the money reported its loss to the police and is believed to have had the cash returned.
