Coldplay want to work with Beyonce, having already started a collaboration with Kylie Minogue.
The band recently worked with the Australian singer, although this recording is not yet ready for the listening public.
Guitarist Jonny Buckland told the Daily Star: "The Kylie song won't be on the [forthcoming, Lost] EP as it's still not finished."
He added: "We'd like to do something with Beyonce too. She's a fantastic pop diva."
Coldplay won awards for Best Act In The World Today and Best Album at yesterday's (6 October) Q Awards.
