Babyshambles are planning on making their best album yet now Pete Doherty has been released from prison.

Pete Doherty had been arrested for breaching probation conditions but was released early on Tuesday (May 6) allowing him to join his band in the recording studio sooner than expected.

Drummer Adam Ficek told the Daily Star: "The most important thing as Peter has been released from jail is to get back in the studio and knock together our third album.

"The plan is for all of us to decamp at Marlborough and put some time and energy into what has to be our biggest and best record to date."

Adam sounds pretty confident adding: "The songs are there, we just need to hone them."
